Cancel anytime before renewal
Founding Pilot subscriptions are monthly. You can cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation and payment-method updates are handled through Stripe Customer Portal from your account billing settings.
Current period refund stance
The current billing period is generally non-refundable once paid. We may issue a refund for billing errors, duplicate or erroneous charges, material access failures or outages, legal requirements, or discretionary goodwill.
How to request help
Email support@callwhisperer.app from the email address associated with your account. Include a brief explanation and do not include card numbers or payment credentials.
No card-backed trial
Call Whisperer keeps its no-card free preview separate from the paid subscription. The paid subscription starts only when you complete hosted Stripe Checkout.
